First Aid is the immediate assistance given in order to save life or prevent the patient’s

health condition from worsening. It includes initial intervention in the event of an

accident or a life-threatening situation until the help of healthcare professionals is

provided.

This book, which has the distinction of being the first book published in 3 languages

(Turkish-English-Arabic) in our country, aims to help first aid responders provide accurate

assistance.

In this sense, I would like to thank our esteemed colleagues and authors for their

valuable and guiding writings in the preparation and publication of this work, with the

hope that “Target First Aid” book will be useful in case of emergency.
